The Executive Office of the President of the Congress of Delegates comprises the functions of Church Governance, Church Management, and Church Finances.​​
​The Office of the President of the Congress of Delegates
​
At the centre of the Executive Office of the President of the Congress of Delegates is the Office of the President of the Congress of Delegates where the President of the Congress of Delegates performs the duties and responsibilities as prescribed in the Constitution and Canons. The President of the Congress of Delegates is supported by executive and administrative assistants. Furthermore, the President of the Congress of Delegates serves as Vice-Chair of the General Assembly, Vice-Chair of the Board of Directors, Vice-Chair of the Executive Committee of the General Assembly, and Ex-Officio Vice-Chair of all Standing Commissions and Joint Standing Committees.
The Office of the Vice-President of the Congress of Delegates

The Vice-President of the Congress of Delegates is empowered through the Constitution and Canons to assist the President of the Congress of Delegates in the performance of the duties and responsibilities ascribed to above. Furthermore, the Vice-President of the Congress of Delegates is second only to the President of the Congress of Delegates and shall assume the position of the President of the Congress of Delegates upon the early resignation, incapacity, or death of the President of the Congress of Delegates with full force and effect.
The Office of the Chancellor to the President of the Congress of Delegates

The Office of the Chancellor serves a critical role in the administration of Church Policy and Governance. The Chancellor to the President of the Congress of Delegates is customarily as lawyer or retired judge who advises the President of the Congress of Delegates in matters of interpretation of Canonical Law and Secular Law. The Chancellor is often aided by seasoned lawyers from the various jurisdictions of the Church.
The Office of Church Management & Budget
The Office of Church Management & Budget is the culmination of asset management, human resources, accounting, planning, and administrative functions for the benefit of the General Assembly and the Congress of Delegates.
The Church Management Office oversees the administration The Spiritual Baptist Church of Canada Consolidated Trust Fund, The Spiritual Baptist Church of Canada Trust Fund, and The Spiritual Baptist Church of Canada Pension Fund in coordination with the Treasurer of the General Assembly, who also serves as the Treasurer of the Executive Committee, and the Financial Management Committee. The Church Management Office is overseen by the Director of Church Management.

In addition to the asset management portfolio, the Church Management Office is responsible for non-clergy staff employed throughout the Executive Branch, including payroll, training, and human resources functions.

The Church Administration & Budget Office oversees the preparation of budgets for the General Assembly, annual budgets for the Executive Committee, Standing Commissions' budgets, consolidated and agency financial reports, statistical reports and journals, General Assembly reports, Congress of Delegates reports, and Executive Committee reports, as required pursuant to the Constitution and Canons. The Church Administration & Budget Office is overseen by the Director of Church Budgets.
​The Council of Constitutional Advisors

The Council of Constitutional Advisors consists of scholars, lawyers, retired judges, and other devoted persons from the Orders of Clergy and Laity, whose sole purpose is to advise the Chancellor to the President of the Congress of Delegates on matters of Canonical Law. The Chancellor to the President of the Congress of Delegates shall make recommendations to the President of the Congress of Delegates, who in their sole and absolute discretion may appoint individuals to serve on the Council of Constitutional Advisors. Upon the election of a new President of the Congress of Delegates all Constitutional Advisors shall resign.
The Council of Financial & Economical Advisors

The Council of Financial & Economical Advisors consists of scholars, economists, financial planners, and other devoted persons from the Orders of Clergy and Laity, whose sole purpose is to advise the Director of Church Management on matters of financial strategy, asset allocation, and other financial and economical tools available to better manage Church assets. The Director of Church Management shall make recommendations to the President of the Congress of Delegates, who in their sole and absolute discretion may appoint individuals to serve on the Council of Financial & Economical Advisors. Upon the election of a new President of the Congress of Delegates all Financial & Economical Advisors shall resign.
The Church Governance Council
The Church Governance Council consists of scholars, lawyers, retired judges, and other devoted persons from the Orders of Clergy and Laity, whose sole purpose is to advise the President of the Congress of Delegates on matters of Church Governance and Policy. The Chancellor to the President of the Congress of Delegates shall make recommendations to the President of the Congress of Delegates, who in their sole and absolute discretion may appoint individuals to serve on the Church Governance Council Advisors. Upon the election of a new President of the Congress of Delegates all members of the Church Governance Council shall resign.
