The Office of the President of the Congress of Delegates is the highest non-episcopal executive office of the General Assembly.
The Congress of Delegates convenes annually between the Joint Session to discuss, debate, and promote an agenda for adoption at the Joint Session.
The Secretary of the Congress of Delegates serves as the Secretary of the General Assembly and is responsible for accurate records of the Church.
