The General Assembly
The Executive Committee of the General Assembly of the Spiritual Baptist Church of Canada serves as the continuation of the Joint Session with full force and effect.

The Apostolic Overseer and the President of the Congress of Delegates serves as the Chair and President and Vice-Chair of the Executive Committee, respectively. The Executive Committee is duly authorized by the Constitution and Canons to appropriate funds in accordance with the approved budgets of the General Assembly, further the work of the General Assembly, and execute documents on behalf of the General Assembly.

The Secretary of the Congress of Delegates serves as the Secretary of the Executive Committee. The Treasurer of the Executive Committee is elected by the Executive Committee. Both the Secretary and Treasurer may request assistants in the performance of their duties.

The Constitution and Canons afford for the election of a youth representative to serve on the Executive Committee. All other members of the Executive Committee are either appointed or elected according to Canonical provisions.
